The TDPN Chapters Establishment Program provides a structured process for setting up local Chapters dedicated to promoting drug prevention efforts. By establishing a Chapter, your community can actively contribute to TDPN's mission and help create a drug-free society.
Step 1: Chapter Formation
- Develop a proposal outlining the Chapter's objectives, activities, and impact.
- Submit the proposal for review and approval by TDPN.
- Upon approval, sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
Step 2: Leadership and Membership
- A Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer to oversee operations.
- Committees focused on awareness campaigns, training, and advocacy.
- Open membership for individuals committed to drug prevention efforts.
Step 3: Operational Guidelines
TDPN Chapters must operate under standardized procedures and a strict Code of Conduct to ensure professionalism and effective community engagement.
Step 4: Monitoring and Support
- Regular monitoring and reporting requirements for Chapters.
- Capacity-building initiatives such as training, resource sharing, and networking.
